dear all, latest install with WCCP enable FreeBSD-5.X and installation options are: Squid Cache: Version 2.5.STABLE9-20050404 configure options: --prefix=/usr/local/squid --enable-delay-pools --enable-snmp --disable-ident-lookups --enable-removal-policies --enable-storeio=diskd,ufs,coss --disable-internal-dns --enable-dlmalloc --enable-carp --enable-htcp --enable-async-io --enable-underscores --enable-cache-digest
Still i couldn't underscore domain to be accessed normally, always rejected by squid... for example the new site like friendster having new subdomain with underscores .. http://gerda_huang.blogs.friendster.com/world_of_gerda_huang/ Any idea beside Squid FAQ chapter 11 .. "11.8 DNS lookups for domain names with underscores (_) always fail" to work this problem around ? Is WCCP related issue ? Thank you. irfan-dp
