Hi, maybe you should use the new calamaris version. It tells you some perfomance values like 'Proxy efficiency' and 'speed increase'. You also get infomation about your refresh_pattern in the 'Requested extensions' report. Here you will see how many of the cached objects are stale or fresh. The 'Proxy efficiency' factor tells you how fast your squid is with cached objects.
