I haven't tested this, but you may just have to fiddle with the regex or my
late night typo's

acl blockedstuff regex ^.*\.(mpe|mov|wmf|asf|divx|mpg|mpeg|mp3|wav|avi|ogg)$
http_access deny blockedstuff
