This is the error message when i comment the line 
acl CONNECT method CONNECT

(squid.conf line 1467: http_access deny CONNECT !SSL_ports
2005/07/06 12:04:53| aclParseAccessLine: ACL name 'CONNECT' not found)

Dear marcello

Test your squid with  commenting  the bellow tag  in your squid.conf :
acl CONNECT method CONNECT
#acl CONNECT method CONNECT  ------ > Like this
