What is your Access list like on your router? Is it possible that the IP Addresses of your dial-up users are not being treated the same way as the ADSL ones?

I've implemented and got our squid boxes working with WCCP to our cisco router. But some clients can't browse the web anymore. I don't see them hitting the access.log. But when I turn off WCCP they can browse fine. This seems to be mainly with out our dial-up users. (It's fine for the ADSL users). It's around 20 users so far (out of ~900.
