You have three options as I see it:

1) Figure out how to give Squid permission to run squid_ldap_auth within the 
SELINUX environment

2) Disable SELINUX just for Squid 
(http://fedora.redhat.com/docs/selinux-faq-fc3/index.html#using-s-c-securitylevel)

3) Disalbe SELINUX permanently system-wide
