Hi All, Is it possible to get squid to manage traffic in terms of bandwidth,
Either by restricting the total amount of bandwidth available to each IP (as a default, not actually by knowing their IP) or globally to the entire squid process.
This could help prevent the Internet connection from becoming congested during peak times.
