existing conf.Read the release notes - a handful of things changed.
transparent proxy support changed and doesn't work for me even with transparent added to http_port.
but without transparent proxy (i'm not using it on my networks) - worked without even one change. and works MUCH faster. top shows "kqueue" and much less CPU load
