 1.Is there a way to tell the squid proxy to ignore refresh headers (e.g
cache-control:no cache)?
(In the case of refresh headers I would like to still serve the cached
content instead of requesting it from the origin server).
2.If there is way to perform the above, is there some way to control it by
domain (ignore the no-cache headers for some domains, while applying them
for others)
