Dear All, Is it possible to to throttle video streams such as youtube, google video etc... using delay pools or by any other way?
How to detect them? For instance youtube stream does not have extension or mime type so I can know its a stream. Detect it by an URL? Any ideas are welcome :) Thanks in advance, Dominik
