This says that Squid started a connection to 216.92.7.36, but after 2 minutes (or whatever timeout your OS uses) the OS gave up on completing the connection and reported "Error 110, connection timed out" back to Squid. So first guess would be a (temporary?) networking error, or that the requested site is in fact down.. Regards Henrik
