[squid-users] 3.1 and ignore_expect_100

Hi,

I want to switch to 3.1 to use the ipv6 capabilities.
One of the prerequisites is a handling of http 1.1 requests like 2.7
with ignore_expect_100 on.
Does 3.1 meet this requirement?
