[squid-users] commBind Errors

Squid 3.1.0.7

I am seeing continual errors

commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 34 to 10.106.88.65:3128: (98) Address already in
use


I can't seem to find any usefull information about these errors?????

can anyone shed any light?
