[squid-users] Reverse Proxy with delay pools

Hello!

I'm working on a new Reverse Proxy setup, I want to know if is
possible to use squid as a reverse proxy in combination with delay
pools.

The target is the limitation of bandwidth used by the user visiting
the web sites.
