I have been using Squid 2.7 (Windows) stable for about 8 months now with now problems. I use NTLM authentication and up to about 10 days ago the squid.log file happily logged the username of the surfer. I have checked back through our change management logs and can't see any changes on the server or the squid configuration. The following are extracts from the conf file:
