I have built another squid
Squid Cache: Version 3.1.12
configure options: '--prefix=/usr/local/squid3112' '--disable-carp'
'--disable-htcp' '--disable-auth' '--disable-wccp' '--disable-wccpv2'
'--with-large-files' '--disable-external-acl-helpers' '--enable-storeio=ufs'
--with-squid=/tmp/squid-3.1.12

and checked the video on assmann.de: No problem.
But still no HEAD in the logs.
You should try IE11 to confirm.
