Not Running Correctly

Hello All. For somereason squidGuard is not blocking anything. It does not seem to be running correctly when started by Squid, or by itself. When Started by Squid, I get the 4 SquidGuard Proccesses, But squidGuard does not write anything in the log file, nothing at all.       When I start SquidGuard all by its self I get the following in my squidGuard.log file   2003-03-09 03:38:42 [2977] destblock good missing active content, set inactive 2003-03-09 03:38:42 [2977] destblock local missing active content, set inactive 2003-03-09 03:38:42 [2977] init domainlist /usr/local/squid/squidGuard/samples/dest/blacklists/porn/domains 2003-03-09 03:38:46 [2977] init urllist /usr/local/squid/squidGuard/samples/dest/blacklists/porn/urls 2003-03-09 03:38:47 [2977] init expressionlist /usr/local/squid/squidGuard/samples/dest/blacklists/porn/expressions   It never states its ready?   Can Someone Please point me in the right direction. I have checked the file permissions and other things.   Thanks.
