Please help me understand the problem. Is it: Your users can no longer reach your internal web servers since you started using squid? or Your squidGuard.conf file redirects blocked transactions to pages served by your internal servers, and users blocked by a "pass none" acl are unable to see the pages they are redirected to. or Your squidGuard.conf file redirects blocked transactions to pages served by your internal servers. All users regularly access pages on the internal servers, but they are never able to access the redirected pages. or Is the problem something else completely? You said: > Of course if i opened web1.altuwairqi.com.sa it isn't opened. What happens? What do you get? What does it say? If it is a redirect problem, do you get the same results if you change the redirect to the ip address? (redirect http://10.10.1.5/blocked-page...) Rick
