proxy server

Hi   I'm sure I sound like I don't know what I'm talking about but anyhow here goes.   I have a squidGuard proxy and I want to know if I can channel all internet traffic through it and directly to another proxy and finally from there to the internet. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to achieve this?   Brian Staley
