Oh yeah, what a pain!

The only way that I could get the thing to work is by installing
db3x-3.2.9-4.i386.rpm, not the tarball.

The tarball wants to install things in /usr/local/BerkeleyDB.3.2, and
squidGuard will complain if is is not specificially in
/usr/local/BerkeleyDB. I think I had to copy all of
/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.3.2 to a new directory /usr/local/BerkeleyDB just
to appease squidGuard.

I forget now where I got db3x-3.2.9-4.i386.rpm, but you can get it at:

http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/906322/com/db3x-3.2.9-4.i386.rpm.html

It is definitely a glitch in squidGuard, part of why I quit using the
Berkeley DB format.
