Only redirect defined is for blocking the page, tests show that these sites
are not in the list to be redirected. (the echo "URL" |squidGuard -c
/path/to/config)

Do you have any redirects defined ?
If the request works from the server it should also do from the clients
except if you have defined a redirector which redirects to an incorrect
target.

Betreff: DNS /but Not DNS issues.

Am using squidguard.

I have 3 sites going through a particular machine that when I go through
the
proxy, it says "404 site not found"

If I test from the proxy server, the site is resolved properly, and can
get
there through lynx, and the sites are reachable when bypassing the
proxy.

Any thoughts as to why this might be? (I know this would be more
appropriate for a "squid" list, but I can't seem to get through the
subscribe process as no responses are forthcoming when i try to
subscribe.)
