That's a problem. squidGuard is very talkative at start-up. You
should probably have well over 100 lines added to squidGuard.log when
squidGuard is started.
An empty log file means that squidGuard cannot find it or write to
it. Recheck the ownership and permissions on squidGuard.log.
Remember that they need to be the same as the user and group that
squid runs under.
Once you have your log file working you'll probably find the reason
it isn't blocking listed in there too.
