Are there one or more oganizations that produce whitelists for
squidguard? I am looking at using squidguard for a church academy, and I
think a good approach for limiting access for the students would be to
use whitelists with allow and blacklists with deny. This seems necessary
because sometimes the blacklists contain sites that ought to be allowed.
(For example, the last blacklist I downloaded included
www.startribune.com, which is the site for one of our local newspapers.)
So I should be okay if I allow from the whitelists and then deny from
the blacklists.
I'd also like to know if any organizations that rate content for
children also produce squidguard compatible lists. If so, who are they?
How do I find them?
