Well, the point with spyware is not so much to block it, but rather to detect and to erase/remove it. For detecting and removing spyware there's a whole array of products, much different from squidguard.
Given that some spyware "give-back" the information through accessing some web sites, you could theoretically add these sites to the black lists of squidguard. But it's a rather crippled and indirect way of tackling the problem. I would rather strongly suggest to use a dedocated spyware remover. Just type "spyware" on google and you will have a large choice.
