For example if you want to block the "%" character, you could implement an
expressionlist.

(%|~)

Or to just block certain characters, your expressionlist might look like:

(%D8|%AA|%B3)

in your squidGuard.conf:

dest expressions {
     expressionlist       dest/blacklist/expressions
}

acl users {
     pass !otherdbs !expressions all
}
