Cannot execute squidguard.cgi

Hi, I wrote a few days ago asking for help ‘cause every time i try to access a porn web page i receive as answer the follow message:   While trying to retrieve the URL: http://localhost/cgi-bin/squidGuard.cgi? The following error was encountered: Access Denied. Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect. Your cache administrator is webmaster. I already verify my permissions and also verify the httpd.conf and everything seems right. I saw at apache configuration documentation that all is needed to execute a cgi script is the following line at the httpd.conf : ScriptAlias����� /cgi-bin/���������� /var/www/cgi-bin I’ll appreciate any kind of help.
