MY PROBLEM IS RESOLVED
I don't know why, I only had to install IPTABLES and SHOREWALL and it worked.
I wanted to install the stuff of redirecting to the proxy, or the virtual proxy, but I even didn't need to: the presence of iptables was enough.
If any one can understand that, his aclarations are wellcome!
