Hello all

I'm not sure wether its a bug or I've done a
configuration mistake while compiling squidGuard. Have
been using squidGuard for more than two years now.
Recently I implemented ntlm_auth for authorization.

Had a problem to identify the domain/user because
squid passes it as domain\userid instead of only the
"userid".

Created a userlist called admins with the
MO\Administrator and MO\Srid as entries and another
one for users called users. Allowed all to admin's and
none to users. Even for administrators everything was
denied. Checked the log files and found that
squidGuard was not parsing "\" properly.

So what might be the problem?
