Reporting

Anyone have a good squidguard report?  I've been running SARG for my 
reporting, and it's great to see what all sites are being accessed, but 
I really would like to see something that tells me what sites were 
attempted to being accessed but were banned, and who were trying to 
access that site. 

I'm a newbie to the Linux world, so bear with me if I'm not detailed 
enough.  I'm running MDK 10.1.
