Hi all, I run squidguard on my network with LDAP, NTLM and AD (Windows logon autentication). My servir is a AMD Atlhon 2200 1Gb RAM and 80 GB SATA This server provided Internet Access for 400 users on my network.
After some hours squid died, and access stop. In my log i receive this messages: 2005/11/16 13:30:25| WARNING: All redirector processes are busy. 2005/11/16 13:30:25| WARNING: up to 5 pending requests queued 2005/11/16 13:30:25| Consider increasing the number of redirector processes to at least 10 in your config file. 2005/11/16 13:36:31| WARNING: All ntlmauthenticator processes are busy. 2005/11/16 13:36:31| WARNING: up to 12 pending requests queued 2005/11/16 13:39:20| WARNING: All redirector processes are busy. 2005/11/16 13:39:20| WARNING: up to 6 pending requests queued 2005/11/16 13:39:35| WARNING: All ntlmauthenticator processes are busy. 2005/11/16 13:39:35| WARNING: up to 27 pending requests queued 2005/11/16 13:39:35| Consider increasing the number of ntlmauthenticator processes to at least 37 in your config file. A changed redirect_children to 15 and auth_param ntlm children to 40 . This is best configuration for my proxy ? Any sugestions ??? Thanks
