Check your entire domains file to see if there is not another line such as "subdomain.playboy.com". Check your domains.diff file too. If you only have "playboy.com", then squidguard will block any domain ending with playboy.com (that is, www.playboy.com, xxx.playboy.com, yyy.zzz.playboy.com, ...). This is what you're looking for. But if you have both "playboy.com" and "xxx.playboy.com", squidguard will block *exactly* http://playboy.com and http://xxx.playboy.com. Other subdomains, such as http://www.playboy.com, won't be blocked anymore in this case.
