Tony,
If you go to the directory where the db's are stored, in my case
/usr/local/squidguard/db/porn and create a file called 'url.diff'. You
then add one per line your sites to block or unblock like so:
+yourpornsite.com <-to add a site
-notapornsite.net <-to subtract one
Then at the command line you do squidGuard -u and it reloads the database
and adds (or subtracts) your sites. Note you do not do the www first. You
can block by IP the same way but with 'domain.diff'. This is on the
squidguard homepage you may want to check the file names and see the
examples there just to reinforce what I am saying here.

Subject: adding or removing a block in the blacklist database
Is there an easy way to add a page to block or remove a block in squidGuard.
I am a novice to the Linux world and just had a OpenBSD with squid and
squidGuard installed as the FW and content filter for our school district.
Is there a tutorial or other source of information for these programs
available on the web?
Thanks,
Tony
