You need to setup the log file in your squidguard.conf file, i.e.in my file
I've setted the following:
dest denied {
domainlist porn/domains
urllist porn/urls
expressionlist porn/expressions
log /usr/local/squidGuard/denied.log
In log file you'll find all the information you need.

I have set up an e-smith gateway and server with squidguard. Also have a
Windows 2000 Server on the network. The e-smith server is the DHCP server
also. All are working well.
Question---Where can I get a log that shows when which users have been to
what sites? I need the username, not just the IP number.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
