Chris,

I developed an app that allows you to edit allowed urls/domains and the
blacklist entries for squidGuard over a year ago. Our company was going
to try and sell it commercially, but got a bit of resistance from the
list at the time.

We will be releasing it under the GPL in the near future. It supports
your squidGuard proxy box querying your server for the allowed entries
and additions to the blacklist entries via a cron job. Eventually we
were thinking of making it only get updates at bootup or when you make
changes.

Our software will be available from www.pcxperience.org once I have it
packaged.

Let me know if you are interested.
