Well, what domain are you trying to send from. Why isn't in your
rcpthosts file. (Sounds like you use Qmail,
http://www.lifewithqmail.com).

This is an IMAP setup issue. You need to configure yours, or find a IMAP
server so that you read mail from ~/mail/Mailbox; If IMAP does things
right, squirrel-mail will have no choice but to follow suit. It is just
a mail client after all.
