I think I answered your last email.  There is currently no such
functionality available in SM or as a plugin.  I take it from your lack
of satisfaction  ;>  that you don't want to make your own plugin, which
is how you could make it work.

The Show SSL Link plugin is what you could use as a template for making
such a pull-down list on the login page... but you'd also need to look
at how VLogin reassigns the IMAP server.

You can't exactly...  VLogin lets you assign an IMAP server per your
domain name and it's on my (soon) to-do list to let you assign IMAP
servers per user, but it doesn't allow the user to choose.  

I'd be willing to work on a new plugin to accomplish this functionality
if you want....
