Strange .. We did some testing on win98 and IE5 yesterday. It worked just
fine when we disabled quicksave plugin, but it stopped to work as soon as we
have enabled the plugin. And the "you must be logged on" message appeared.

Two places - during the login process - right after you press "Login"
button, or when they press "Compose" link to write a new mail.
