It looks like there is a problem with the html code generated by the htmlarea plugin. I tried the latest download and the problem is still there. The outgoing email is only partially readable by squirrelmail and other mail clients. Mostly all you see are codes. Apparently the code is not being recognized as html. Is there a fix for this.
