  We had a whole load of issues relating to sessions in 1.2.9 and
  1.2.10, which were fixed in 1.2.11[cvs]. If you want to use the
  stable release, use CVS to grab a copy of the 1.2.11[cvs] version
  and see if that works. We are currently working on the stable
  release of 1.4, which is also available via CVS. For information on
  how to get them, see the squirrelmail download page.
