[SM-USERS] Not getting some of my email

I have no idea how to get to anyone about my problem.  Your mailing lists to solve my problem only confuse and frustrate me.  I need to let someone know I am not getting mailing list I have subscribed to.   ezsweep.com newsletters from the Hunger site, breast cancer site, Rainforest site.  There may be others but those ones I'm sure of.  I also get an awful lot of porn sites that I keep trying to block.  What do I have to do the get the newsletters I want and get rid of the junk I don't want???
