(remember to reply to the SM-USERS list) That is a huge list, and surely a few of those are not yet rg=off compatible. I suggest either turning rg=On until all the plugins get updated or narrowing down which ones are the offenders and asking the plugin authors (or for others on SM-PLUGINS mailng list who may be willing) to correct their plugins.
