Check your "Options -> Folder Preferences -> Enable Collapsable
Folders" and make sure you have it set to "Yes". As for the folders
being down and to the right, that is how the folder tree looks like...
at least that is how I vaguely remember it looking on UW-IMAP, I know
courier does it like that.
