[SM-USERS] folders

ust installed squirrelmail 1.2.11 rpm. now am getting very bad vibes; when i create accounts and user login only one folder is created, INBOX, no folders like SENT,TRASH,DRAFTS. I have to create the physically. I have used other lower version of squirrelmail 10 down, got no problem

any idea/s what might be the problem/s?
