Try turning on the "file upload" functionality of php in /etc/php.ini

Just a note, 

if i grep the maillog in /var/log/ i dont see that the mail got there, and 
also on the "compose" page when i click send is just staying on that page 
and the send button is acting like a "reset" button, it removes all my 
text and displays the same page.

Any help would be great thanx....
