I have 2 problems with Squirrelmail that I have not been able to solve.
The first is a attachment file size limit. If I try to send a message
with an attachment that is larger than 500k I get the error below:

Request entity too large!

The POST method does not allow the data transmitted, or the data volume
exceeds the capacity limit.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster
Error 413

I am using qmail 1.03 as the smtp and pop mail server; Courier 1.5.2 as
the imap server; and I am authenticating to a MySQL 3.23.55 database.
As for the web environment I am running Apache 2.0.40. I have checked
for the file "/var/qmail/control/databytes" and I do not have one.
According to the qmail docs this means the default of unlimited is
used.  I have also checked the php.ini file - post_max_size = 8M;
upload_max_filesize = 2<; memory_limit is not set, so default of 8M is
used there. I looked in the httpd.conf and squirrelmail.conf files and
LimitRequestBody is not set so again an unlimited default is used. One
other note, if I send the same file via Evolution or Outlook it works
fine.

Any ideas as to where this file size limit is being set?

Second question deals with login. I have virtual domains defined on the
server with authentication going through MySQL for user name and
passwords along with domain names. I can use an email client like
Evolution and Outlook without any problems. I can also telnet to prot
143 and login without any problems. The default domain name is
signalblast.com so if I login into Squirrelmail using a user name from
signalblast.com without the domain side added it works fine. If I add
the domain name to the login name it fails 90% of the time. If I
restart qmail, which restarts Courier, I can sometimes login using the
domain name added.  For example:

'webmaster' logs me into Squirrelmail and the webmaster for
signalblast.com

'[EMAIL PROTECTED]' does not work

'[EMAIL PROTECTED]' does not work.

Any help on either of these problems would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
