Hello Do you mean an fqdn when you say "local domain" or do you mean "localhost". Can you send an email from yahoo, or otherwise - outside your network - to your "local domain". You should check name resolution, mx records for the "local" domain on the sm machine. Also, what do your mail logs tell you...
