Installed Squirrelmail and configured it with no problems

Couple issues I came across:

1. Some plug ins after installing (especially view message details and
Squirrelspell), give the following error.

Fatal error: Failed opening required '../src/validate.php'
(include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in
/usr/local/apache/htdocs/sm/plugins/message_details/message_details_main.php
on line 4

I tried locating that file, I don't see it anywhere.

2. In Squirrelmail, clicking on the folders link I get an interface of
managing (create, rename and delete) folders, which great but at the
bottom of that page, I see a Unsubscribe/Subscribe, which is also
listing all the .rc (procmail recipes) and other files prefixed with a .
( a dot) which should be hidden.

Is there a way to hide this or remove the Unsubscribe/Subscribe section
entirely, with hacking any script?

This will be a problem since a user will be able to see this and
possible mess this up.

Your help will be appreciated.
