Allows SquirrelMail to use the IMAP "SEARCH CHARSET" command.  It's part
of the IMAP4rev1 spec (See RFC 3501).  You probably want to leave this on
unless your IMAP server doesn't support your charset (which should be
unusual, I would think - help me out on this one Marc or Alex..)

> 2) Enable UID support

Also part of the IMAP spec.  Messages can be referred to in two ways - by
a message sequence number (the third message in the mailbox) or by using
UID (unique identifiers).  The use of a UID is much better.  Leave this
option on.  It has no impact on the speed of SquirrelMail.
