I've just setup squirrelmail 1.4.1 on a Win2k machine running Apache 2.0.47
and PHP 4.3.2. Squirrelmail is connecting to an Imail 6 IMAP server running
on the same machine. It's working fine, except for a weird problem where
the 2nd line of every email is a blank line. For example, I can send myself
an email that says:
Line 1
Line 2
Line 3

And what I see in squirrelmail is:
Line 1

Line 2
Line 3

The extra blank line is not there when I download the message with a normal
email client, nor if I look at the mailbox file on the server. I've got a
few plugins installed, but disabling them doesn't seem to affect the
problem. Just in case they're squirrelspell, smallcal, calender,
compose_fix, delete_move_next, and folder_synch.

Anyone have any ideas? I've searched the list, but found nothing.
Curiously, I have squirrelmail 1.4.1 on a Redhat 8 machine running PHP 4.2.2
and Apache 2.0.40 and when I tell it to connect to my Imail server I don't
see the blank lines. Unfortunately, that machine isn't available to be my
full-time webmail server. I haven't yet tried downgrading to PHP 4.2 on the
Win2k machine, but that's the next thing I'll do.

Thanks for any help,
Daniel
