Damn... and I was hoping to pin it down to something browser specific.

Could you try disabling those two plugins, and see what happens?  if it fixes it, try reenabling the squirrelspell, if it is still fixed, then we've uncovered the culprit I'd think.

As another random question... is there anything in particular about the emails that might trigger something, like certain html characters and what not?
